In addition to equipment leasing, our company offers asset based financing, including factoring, accounts receivable and project financing. We are a well-established service oriented equipment leasing source. The major portion of our leasing business is vendor generated. We work closely with equipment vendors to provide financing to their customers. We rely on repeat referrals from our vendors and so must provide a high level of service. The same holds true for you, our direct customer. Our goal is to deliver the product, terms and pricing to best suit your financial needs. You select the equipment and vendor - we do the rest. Transactions are financed through: Direct funding from major financial institutions. Our intermediary status with funding sources enable us to present our client s transactions in a manner most likely to result in an approval. Direct funding from private investors who wish to invest in our equipment leases. Lines of Credit. These lines are used to finance leases which may be placed in our portfolio or handled, packaged and discounted to a secondary underwriter. We serve clients on a nationwide and offshore basis, including commercial enterprises, non-profit organizations, local governments, new and young businesses, as well as "B" credits.
